Ah, here’s a trash can for my trash…kind of…
Well, if I can’t put the poop there, what am I suppose to do with [...]

Weight Loss Day 1: No Day at the Park (kind of)
Ok, so I am less than 24 hours into the Weight Loss Plan. Trying to get healthy, lower my blood pressure, lose some chub around my waist. As of this morning, I have had no caffeine, no junk food, and no refined sugar products. In addition, I joined my Mommy Sisters, Sophia and Anna, for [...]

Sleeping trick for sick infants
The worst thing about having a sick baby is that feeling of helplessness we get with every sneeze. During the first year, baby Jake caught a variety of sniffles. I found that there was little that I could do for him as he battled these cold viruses. Sleep in particular was tough, [...]

My favorite show “Grey’s Anatomy”
If there’s one show I could watch all day long, it would be “Grey’s Anatomy”. Seeing the process of how someone becomes a surgeon has given me a different perspective of doctors in general. I have had to interact with many doctors in the past year as a result of my [...]

What the HELOC
I’m starting this off with a disclaimer that I am not a professional financial adviser. Since most of my energy is spent chasing my toddler, I barely have time to watch tv, much less the cash in the bank. In my past life, I was frivolous with my money, as it was mostly [...]
