Delicious Low-Fat Turkey Burgers

Posted July 1st, 2008 by Sophia

I found the most delicious low-fat turkey burgers at Costco over the weekend: Don Lee Farms Turkey Burgers. I’m not usually a turkey burger fan. I like my burgers juicy and full of grease. But these turkey burgers have grilled onions and swiss cheese cooked into them AND they are pre-cooked (for you mommies who work out of the home all day and then have to come home and make dinner)! A few minutes on the grill and they are done. Put them on a tasty bun with mustard, lettuce and tomato and you have an excellent meal. They’re only 12 grams of fat and 230 calories (not including the additional 3.5 grams fo fat and 210 calories for the bun…but still not bad).

I just cooked some Turkey Burgers with Ricotta filling. Come take a look when if you have a chance and let me know what you think of them.

    Thanks!
