Weight Loss Day 1: No Day at the Park (kind of)

Ok, so I am less than 24 hours into the Weight Loss Plan. Trying to get healthy, lower my blood pressure, lose some chub around my waist. As of this morning, I have had no caffeine, no junk food, and no refined sugar products. In addition, I joined my Mommy Sisters, Sophia and Anna, for a mid-day walk around a park. Nothing strenuous, but still got my heart rate up and I even broke a sweat at the end. For lunch, I focused on vegetarian and high fiber food choices. I was feeling good until the late afternoon, which is when this headache set in. By the time I got home and had my dinner, this headache is stronger and I have gone to the bathroom twice (that fiber works fast!). Who would have guessed that getting healthy feels miserable :) I just took some ibuprofen and am going for a nap to try to get rid of this headache. Hopefully tomorrow will be better :)
