Our NEW Weight Loss and Lifestyle Goals
The 3Mommies are going on a journey. It’s one we’ve all been on before, ladies. Losing weight and keeping it off! On Monday, June 23, 2008 we will begin our adventure into the land of eating right, exercising more, trying to lose weight, lowering our blood pressure and cholesterol, and then maintaining our weight once we reach our goals.
We know you’re jealous, mommies. Want to join us? It could be fun…
We each have different plans in order to reach our goals:
Mommy Anna
Mommy Anna’s plan includes all of the following:
- WEIGHT LOSS GOAL: 25 lbs
- EXERCISE PLAN: Elliptical machine/Wii fit three times a week for 30+ minutes. Also do more walking. Does shopping count?
- FOOD PLAN: Reduce calories to under 1500/day.
- MAINTENANCE PLAN: Increase calories to the normal 2000 per day and continue a regular exercise routine
Mommy Melinda
Mommy Melinda’s plan includes all of the following:
- WEIGHT LOSS GOAL: 70 lbs
- EXERCISE PLAN: walk, Wii Fit, exercise bike, treadmill
- FOOD PLAN: high fiber, reduced calorie
- MAINTENANCE PLAN: Set calories to the normal 2000 per day and continue a regular exercise routine
Mommy Sophia
Mommy Sophia’s plan includes all of the following:
- WEIGHT LOSS GOAL: 83 lbs
- EXERCISE PLAN: walk, Wii Fit, exercise bike
- FOOD PLAN: reduced calorie, low fat (starting out with 1800 calories per day and no more than 19 fat grams per meal)
- Alli Weight Loss Aid (FDA Approved, Non-Prescription Weight Loss)
- MAINTENANCE PLAN: Increase calories to the normal 2000 per day and continue a regular exercise routine
